Same here - as a follow-up to 'my previous post' (http://forums.slimdevices.com/showpost.php?p=261090&postcount=29). Tried it with cable, but pushing/holding the brightness button does nothing. My setup is the same as mentioned previously. I also tried the previous nightly release (20-Jan-2008) and the r1508 firmware - no luck.
