Hmm, good question. I believe the answer to that is no.

As a test, I disabled my SBs from having access to the MIP player
settings per mix.  I then fired up the Spicefly extended MIP interface
and changed my playlist length from 20 songs to 15, saved settings. 
Then I initiated a mix in SC - which returned 20 songs not 15.  

So I think the settings in Player Settings Advanced override the
Headless GUI.  So, the only option to change them on the fly
(currently) is via the old style remote (by giving each player access
to the mix settings per mix) or using the Player Settings web
interface.
