I too been having problems, I haven't upgraded in like 2 weeks, just upgraded to build 17188 and Squeezecenter did not start correctly, since I could not access the web page, and when I tried to stop Squeezecenter I got an error message that it could not connect to 168.0.0.1000:9000 ( <- just an example IP), so I eventually removed the package and installed Squeezecenter again.
