If I browse to Favorites > Radio Stations > Electronic, I still see:
1: Groove Salad | Ambient beats and grooves
1: Stillstream

Displaying the number is okay, but only for ones that have an association -
perhaps in brackets after the favorite item name. Eg "LBC Radio [1]".
The method for making the association should be manual, rather than automatic.
Maybe automatically assign the next available hotkey number when a favorite is
created, but not changed when the favorite is moved.
