That seems like the right way to do it, rather than expecting a user to guess that leaving those fields blank means "run as LocalSystem". At a minimum, maybe put some text right in the dialog box that says "leaving these fields blank will cause the service to run as the LocalSystem account. Not as elegant, but also less risky this close to release.
