I'm editing the OPML file in a text editor. Yes, I'm sorry, if I screw up the code in the OPML file with a moment's thought it's obvious that nothing in OnfoBrowser would diplay. Howrever, I'm still surprised that perfect code including a URL that can't be handled causes InfoBrowser to display a blank page, i.e this causes the display to blank (names changed to protect the innocent):
