For once I'm ahead of a customer :) You'll need to update your SqueezeCenter to the latest 7.1 to get the individual items under Internet Radio and Music Services (e.g., RadioTime, Pandora, etc.) to appear in the controller's customize home menu list. After SC update, this should work like a charm for you.
