Those are two separate requests, as the Music Library submenus are "home menu" items, and the Internet Radio items are "Slimbrowse" items. For the former, yes I believe that will eventually be available. It's actually how I originally had it coded (that is, any home menu item could be added/removed from its default location as well as appended to the top level menu), but it was scaled back per specification. For the latter, you can always manage what gets delivered for Internet Radio by enabling/disabling the applicable plugins in SC.
