The problem I encountered was as follows: Setup > Advanced > Last.fm Audioscrobbler Enter Last.fm Account and password and click on Apply Reports back that 'Changes have been saved. Setup > Player > Last.fm Audioscrobbler Can't enable submit as it is 'globally disabled.' Setup > Advanced > Last.fm Audioscrobbler Account has not been saved.
