Yeah the top-level ASF header has: File Size Data Packet Count Play Duration and then there's other stuff like the Stream Properties Object. I'm not entirely sure which values need to be changed when sending a seeked file. Some of these may not be necessary if we changed the stream type to 'broadcast' (i.e. a live stream).
