The "have to do language each time" is not meant to be the behavior. That should only happen until you have completed a first time setup. Perhaps setup was never completed. Recently changes went out that would cause a full reset to happen if you had been using earlier betas, which forces you to complete setup again. If you haven't already, try selecting the language then, rather than doing Left Hold, follow the next step which should be select player. After selecting a player, it should give a setup complete message, something like: "That's it". Then you should no longer see the language selection. Let us know if that works. Even if this fixes your issue, it sounds like an area for improvement on our part.
