When I first tried to use net-udap to configure an SBR, I was not able to get the SBR to connect using WEP. The SBR would connect only after I switched to WPA. However, the blue light indicates that your SBR may already be more connected than mine ever got. The blue light means that the SBR is connected to your network, but it is not finding SqueezeCenter. Be sure that SC is running and that the IP address that you specified using net-udap is correct. I find that the SBR sometimes forgets settings, so you may have to set the IP address for SC more than once.
