Yes, I saw something very similar with a Boom. In my case the Boom was playing a loop from a source on the Internet (Extras->Sound Effects->mumble) but the SC box was asleep with WoL disabled. When I woke the SC box by hand the clock on the Boom froze. I tried to reproduce it a few times but was unsuccessful.
