Not working better here. I've received several "Timed out waiting for data" errors and seen the infamous countdown from 59 minutes as well. After the ticket finally trickled up to tier 2 support, they got back to me Tuesday morning with: ?We are aware of these issues and have released a server side update that appears to have +corrected many of the problems seen. We discovered not all problems were resolved and are +working to resolve the remaining connection issues as quickly as possible." They alsocredited me one month service. I'm not sure how useful that will be, since I'm not exactly confident that this will be working within a month at this rate. So no, it isn't working still.
