Issues with Rhapsody have gotten no better since the roll out of their "bug fix." I recognize this is a Rhapsody bug, but I hope the Slim/Logi guys are working with them to get a solution in place -- at the end of the day I bought my duet because it is advertised to work with Rhapsody. It currently does not. And I see that Rhapsody integration is now more prominent than ever on the main slimdevices web page. I shouldn't have to spend my days hounding Rhapsody support.
Issues that occur frequently: - the now infamous 59:00 count down - playlists just randomly stop, sometimes mid song, sometimes between tracks - error 503 service unavailable when trying to play songs or access menus - re-buffering over and over - generally can't listen to more than 5-6 tracks before issues arise - sync between my 2 SBRs drops out, one will keep playing the other will stop (I don't have this issue with my local FLACs.) I'm running 7.3 release version, have one player on ethernet, the other is wifi. Network test looks good, strong signal, plenty of bandwidth. System works fine with Pandora, Sirius, and local FLACs. If there were a good alternative to Rhapsody, my account would be cancelled already. Here's hoping for a bit more competition.
