Fred, You could call them and demand a credit until it's fixed or do what I did and cancel. I figure it's easy enough to restart. I didn't have such a large library that I couldn't recreate it fairly quickly. If they have to pay enough credits or see enough cancellations, maybe they'll take care of it.
