It's is not so clear as you think it may unfortunately be broken for you ? but it is working just ok for many people too (including me) a vocal minority is just that, I bet that only 1/10 owners is a forum member not all have problems . You should not suffer alone, mail or better phone the support and get help, the controller can and do work. http://www.slimdevices.com/su_tech.html . I've had positive experience with support, they are good. Or try to state your problem a little more precise in the "SqueezeBox duet" forum, including router type network settings SC version OS and more. I do agree that 7.2 to 7.3 was a horrible upgrade ( for some of us) with two ways to go, patch it and limp on with diffuse odd unexplainable errors. Or clean out everything( cache temps settings *everything* ) and reinstall the whole shebang. But even here the majority seems to have escaped unharmed (or they think they have but have small odd problems ).
