OK, my problems are back. I was again playing with SoftSqueeze trying to get it to synchronise with my 2 Booms and I found one of them would power up, try to get an IP address and then reboot. To try and fix it I rebooted my WHS and I found that SC wouldn't start again. I uninstalled and reinstalled using the Console and got the same error about lack of privileges. Screenshot at:
