This should be fixed in today's build. > - After I have installed the update and manually restarted SC, it tells > me there is an update even though it is the same version that is now > installed. Good catch! The notification needs to be a bit more intelligent: only SC itself does reset the notification trigger, but not the installer. Thus as long as SC isn't fully up and running, the status is not reset. > - The 'new update' taskbar notification can be persistent if I don't > want to install it immediately! I'm not sure I understand what you want to say? Doesn't it go away? > None of these is a huge problem. The second point would be worth a bug report. It's imho a deal breaker - thanks for the heads up! > Generally it's a handy addition to > the functionality, especially when I'm running betas. The daily update very likely is to go away. We enabled it to get the code tested. But I doubt we want users to automatically download daily builds in the long term. This would make our bandwidth consumption explode :-) -- Michael _______________________________________________ beta mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/beta
