Yesterday I installed SC7.4 after the bubble notifying that an updated was available (downloaded) appeared on the WinXP Taskbar. I didn't see any notification on the Web UI. When or how frequently does the SC check for available updates and how does it determine that it is "safe" to start to download?... Does it interrupt the download if a track is played and does it restart the download automatically from where it left off? Also, I know that the Information tab tells me what SC version is currently installed, but the Software Updates page does not tell the version installed or if a new version is available even when is set not to download the updates.
