Starting from the tray icon? This was broken until yesterday (today's build). This all on WinXP SP3. Ha! Thanks for the heads up! I totally missed that one - should now be fixed (or in tomorrow's build). Though it should have fallen back to the system language. The control panel was using the system locale, not the user's. Thus if the system had initially been configured in Dutch, this _might_ be a reason for this misbehaviour. But as we have our own SC language preference, the control panel is now using this setting by default, falling back to the system language if needed. Please report back if this is working for you (revision 26276).
