I think the problem is that after a reboot, SqueezeCenter starts/loads
before the Wifi card has started/connected/binds to the network. (That's
why restart of the squeezecenter fixes the routing problem - enough time
has passed to bind everything to the wifi ip address.)

The workaround on fedora

/etc/rc.d/rc.local - add a line in the startup script

service squeezecenter restart

Works for me - your mileage may vary
