I have the same problems with my SB3, Boom and both Duets since the latest firmware. My router is a Draytek Vigor 2820, but when I set up a Microsoft DNS server and use that as my DNS server the problem still exists. All my pcs can resolve squeezenetwork.com without problems.
However, if I choose SqueezeNetwork, let it fail, and then power cycle i.e. the SB3, it CAN connect to SqueezeNetwork. If I then connect to SqueezeCenter it can't reconnect to SqueezeNetwork anymore.
