Dear All, Recently I installed the 7.4 version squeezecenter and there is a strange problem occuring on my stereo. What happens: Installation went perfectly and configuration OK, on WAV files that I downloaded from Usenet, playing them resulted in a strange behaviour. On transition between songs there is in some albums a loud static plop, and on other files on transition between songs a loud burst of "static noise".
I tried the last 3 days nightly builds. When I go back to 7.3.2 or 7.3.3 everything works fine. If I recode WAV to WAV everything is OK in 7.4 also. It seems that the sensitivity on song transition is much more sensitive in the 7.4. version !! Is it possible to set the sensitivity on song transfer in 7.4 to the same level as 7.3.3 or 7.3.2 ? I dont like to re-code all my downloaded WAV files to overcome this problem. I tried the 7.4 because the fast forward function in WAV files is working again.
