OK - latest seems to install. But - tried to re-install plugins from the Extension Downloader page. This copies the zips into the appdata\DownloadedPlugins folder.
I then try to restart the service and it fails. If I delete the DownLoadedPlugins folder, the service will restart. Unfortunately there is nothing in the server.log.
