Thanks Philip Meyer. I realy seems to be that the scanner now is a permanetly activ component. When adding new files they appear in the album list after a while (Included with a well know bug: The album artwork is not schown in the album list; Only when selecting the album the artwork appears). But what I still counld not bring to work, is a complete rescan of the library. The only way to achieve it is to empty the cache directory and restart squeezecenter. There is another problem I encountered: I miss any random song/album mix play mode. But may be that also in this case the behaviour changed.
