Hah! You were right, Phil. A single "Dvorak" track in an obscure VA album poisoned the whole lot. 232 "Dvořák"s votes vs 1 "Dvorak" and "Dvorak" wins. I hope none of the SC developers are moonlighting writing elections systems software. The WONTFIX judgment rendered upon your bug by the SC lords seems very shortsighted to me, given my experience here.
