I'm running the latest (8th August) nightly on a Windows 2003 R2 Small Business Server - it's the only machine that will run SC that is on all the time. I've been updating the nightly builds for a few weeks now, ever since I noticed the option to download and install to latest version built in to SqueezeTray. All has been going well until the latest update, now I can't get the service to start - I get the following in the server log: -
[09-08-09 23:20:52.2842] main::init (318) Starting Squeezebox Server (v7.4, r28110, Sat Aug 8 04:02:34 PDT 2009) perl 5.010000 [09-08-09 23:21:00.4717] Slim::Networking::UDP::init (39) FATAL: There is already another copy of the Squeezebox Server running on this machine. (Unknown error) I know there isn't another copy running and I've cleared the cache (via the control panel applet - although it doesn't ask me to log in now, is this significant?) and I've tried directly after a reboot. Watching in Services I see it starts the SqueezeMySQL service OK, but bombs out after taking about 83K of memory. I've just downloaded a fresh copy manually from the server and installed again, but no difference.
