How is an upgrade supposed to work when upgrading from 7.3 to 7.4 ? I had a 7.3 release on my Windows box and installed the latest 7.4 release. The installation program seemed to uninstall the previous version, it asked me if I wanted to delete preferences and log files and I answered No.
The previous 7.3 installation was configured to not use iTunes and had a Music Folder configured. I'm not completely sure if it was a 7.3 nightly or an official release. The new 7.4 nightly is configured with no music folder and is configured to use iTunes. Is the upgrade supposed to be automatic and keep old settings or is the user expected to move preferences files manually if he likes to keep settings ?
