"notnat" is just a red herring, it's unrelated to your original problem. It's just an internal hostname used within the SqueezeNetwork equipment racks for some internal purposes, and the code the generates the email is mistakenly giving you a link to this internal hostname that you can't see or reach.
That issue aside, the real issue is just confusion between the domain names and the test vs production environments. Production SN has traditionally been www.squeezenetwork.com. It's getting a new name officially in the near future, which is www.mysqueezebox.com (and actually, that name is already in place as an alias to the www.squeezenetwork.com production envionrment). At this time, SBS 7.4 and our current Beta hardware players' firmwares actually connect to www.test.squeezenetwork.com, which is a completely different environment than production, with a different set of user accounts. If something on a player or SBS user interface tells you to go to mysqueezebox.com or squeezenetwork.com during the beta period, you're best off ignoring that and going to www.test.squeezenetwork.com instead, which will actually work. -- blblack ------------------------------------------------------------------------ blblack's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=11129 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=67020 _______________________________________________ beta mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/beta
