I run 7.4.28420 on winXP and had the same problem on some FLAC albums. This was caused by Unicode in the album tag. This did not show on mp3tag (BWV 10011006) but showed incorrectly on Squeezebox web interface (BWV 1001â1006). When I replaced these and rescaned the problem was gone. Hope this helps you.
