I disabled MusicIP and rescanned and now it is right so it was MusicIP. The duplicate tracks were only one physical track, ie in SC I had 2 copies of Black Celebration by Depeche Mode. Every track was duplicated. Checking my music directory I only have one copy of the files in Z:\Depeche Mode\Black Celebration. The duplication seems random. Sometimes it was just one track in an album, sometimes a whole album. If you want any more info I can reenable MusicIP and replicate.
