Install anything that uses "Extras" and the menu shows up. I'm not dogmatic about "Extras", _I_ would do a player features menu where all this could live. Along with Sync, Power, Maybe Volume. None of this under "Settings" on my iPhone. You can't sync, Shuffle and Repeat is on NowPlaying, Power has a button, Alarms have their own App.
