With SC version 28524 I cannot browse by Artist in the WebUI. The
controller works fine.
The server log gives this error:

This suggests there is a Ř in a name (unicode hex 158), but there
isn't. When browsing by Album, I get the first screen (A-D), but when
trying to fetch the second I get the same error. Someone else with this
one?
