I've removed all of my manually configured plugin repositories that are listed
on the wiki page
(http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/SqueezeCenter_Repositories), so that the
available plugins appear in one "Other 3rd Party Plugins" table, which is a lot
nicer than an individual table per repository.

However, I appear to have several manually configured repositories that aren't
listed in the wiki page:

http://ultratrendy.com:31888/slim/repo.xml
http://thespicers.net/slim/repo.xml
http://mesh.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/spiceflyplugin/repo.xml
http://benklaas.com/wallpaper/wallpapers.xml
http://open-net.vm.bytemark.co.uk/lyrics_repo.xml

Are these defunct? If not, should I add them to the wiki page, or should only
the author do that?

Interestingly, Spicefly's SqueezeCentre Repository lists "Spicefly Weather" as
an available plugin, but I had manually installed that plugin (appeared within
Active Plugins as SpiceyWeather Screensaver). I guess the name has changed
slightly, so it thought they were separate plugins?

I'm a bit confused still with the Plugins page - if I install a plugin, it
appears in Active plugins. If I untick it, does that make it inactive but
still installed? How would I then permanently uninstall?
