Ah - http://mesh.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/spiceflyplugin/repo.xml
redirects to
http://kent.dl.sourceforge.net/project/spiceflyplugin/Squeezecenter%20Plugins/Repository/repo.xml,
which appears to define the same two plugins (SugarCube and SpiceflyWeather),
but with different url links as in http://spicefly.f-snet.com/repo.xml. The
author is actually Charles Parker.

http://thespicers.net/slim/repo.xml is not the same person - this one is Max
Spicer, and defines OtherPlayers, which I have used for a long time.

That's good.

I didn't think there was any link between plugins and apps. e.g.
Classical.com, Mp3tunes Music and Napster are inactive plugins, but I still get
them appearing in App Gallery.

Marvellous for me, but not much good for normal users.
