I didn't think that I was a good candidate to file a bug report on this. I only run SBS on windows to test my own plugin...never as a 'production' installation. Even though this was a 'stock' install from a 7.4.1 nightly, I was installing from a non-admin account and trying to switch the service credentials to a admin account. And this was on Windows 7. And as far as I know, this only happens on Saturdays in October in odd numbered years evenly divisible by 7.
