Yes it could cause some confusing if the users do not know that the frame name displayed in SBS is not the actually frame in the music-file. Though Andy is right to do this. I will eventually clears a lot in understanding the behaviour of SBS. If you do not want to be confused: fixed your tags (in Id3.2.4 frame format) = Andy's mantra: :)
