I think the work to make alarms more stable as in making sure the alarm goes
off at the set time seems reliable. However, everything else about alarms seems
to be iffy, changing each day, so it's hard to assess what is/isn't working
correctly. Not worth raising bugs until it's a bit more stable, but by then
the functionality may be considered complete for the release and unlikely to
change.
