Some of the things that drive me nuts in Chrome: * Tabs above the toolbars.
Just seems really weird. I'm so used to the tabs below that it often takes me a while to locate the bookmarks or address bar. * No search window. In Firefox I love being able to search Wikipedia, or Amazon, or YouTube right from the a box in the browser's toolbars. * Lack of normal Windows chrome around the window. I'm constantly clicking above the boundary of the Chrome window and ending up in another application that was behind the Chrome browser. However, this is also a plus in that it gives you a larger viewport on small screened platforms like netbooks where you usually have the browser maximized. * Bookmarks (aka "Other bookmarks" - What "other"?) button fixed out on the right hand size of the browser. If almost feels like I'm operating left handed, as all the folders under bookmarks usually expand to the left, which has taken some getting used to. -- JJZolx Jim ------------------------------------------------------------------------ JJZolx's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=10 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=74339 _______________________________________________ beta mailing list beta@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/beta
