7.5 is the bleeding edge, so that's working as designed. The idea is that you get the daily updates to keep you completely up-to-date with the ongoing firmware work.
FYI, it's not mandatory you accept the update. Press-and-hold the back arrow button and you will exit the update screen and can continue using your controller without doing the update.
