Thanks guys. I didn't realise that the beta branch pulled down new controller firmware whenever they were available, rather than just the firmware deployed with the build.
Ben, ta for the advice on how to bypass the screen. I'll keep updating, but sometimes when I pick the controller up, it's nice to know I can quickly bypass the firmware update should I need to (i.e. when my wife is insisting that she needs to listen to the radio right this minute!)
