Files in the same folder are assumed to be part of the same album if the album name matches. Album name matches across different folders are assumed to be different albums. It's the same issue as the case where where tracks are stored in strict artist/album/song folder structure (ripping a CD in iTunes does this by default). A compilation tag is needed to bring the songs together for SBS.
