No, I'm running 7.5 trunk - then I think this behaviour is a bug.
To explain:
I've got music on my hard disc "M" in separate folders
M:\A
M:\B
...
M:\Z
I created a older called "m:\database" and put into it:
"Link To A"
"Link To B"
....
"Link To C"
If I now set "m:\database" as music folder - as its told to do so -
EVERY file is scanned every time I do an update scan ("new and
changed").
If I set "m:\" as music folder - only those files are scanned that are
really "new or changed".
Is this issue known?
