WOW, I'm very happy. I have updated to embedded version 7.5.0 r30159. Scan time has improved dramatically for a full scan of ~10,000 tracks in under 10 minutes and a rescan for new music in 10-20 seconds!
This is very comparable with MediaMonkey for a full scan and way faster for a rescan on the same music database on the same machine.
