That's correct, it's using its own artwork folder. We don't want to overwrite any of your data. It should still be up to the user to validate artwork and make it permanent if they like it. Artwork is stored in SBS' cache folder -> DownloadedArtwork. How is the result of the downloads? Is it ok? Still missing a few?
