hmmm...

i would think brains would understand that MrSinatra does not alone =
33%

but then again, i'm probably acting on blind faith.

if a third of my customers used the app, (and lets assume some use both
IE and other apps, ie some crossover), then i might think to myself
"hey, maybe this should be a priority, over say, SBS misguidingly
downloading art only it can use.

but thats just me, (as i know you'll point out).

btw, the cost of NOT fixing anything is -always- customer complaints,
dissatisfaction.  hardly a worthy corporate end-goal, and yet it seems
to constantly be portrayed as valid by said corporations employees.
