...it's  trivial for end users to temporarily fix .

As opposed to some other bugs that only the dev's can fix .
With almost no resources available it's an easy one.

No ones computer will fall apart if multiple browsers are installed .
Just use one off the other ones while they fix this ok , how hard was
that.

*And this is in beta right*, this hustle is minimal compared to some
other beta hurdles :) like crashing my whole server which has happened
with one beta.

This spiel had been valid if it was the production version, but it is
an beta.

Better file a bug so it won't reach the normal customers that expect
things just to work, but even there I think most people would just
shrug and install ff or chrome and sit it out.

Funny that it works ok for some, suggest to me that it really is some
obscure setting that differs between these people, or is it a 32 vs 64
bit thing ?
