Sometimes it can ;) but these never ending codepage bugs are a thrill, they pop up everywhere when least expected, depending on OS locale and sbs version and the file itself , utf8 or not. But it is always there somewhere in the scanner or browse music folder or in the dB or in the web-UI . Whack a mole, when squished somewhere it pops up someplace else. I don't think this is happening to me right now, I use random lets see when Björk or Röyksopp plays next time . And I can play a sigur ros playlist.
