sorry for the long delay in response, I'm just back from holiday. applet.AlarmSnooze is exceptionally verbose even at default levels, but if you want to set that to debug it can't hurt.
The fallback alarm is indicative of your Radio thinking that you've lost connection to the server. So it would be helpful if you could provide a couple additional details. 1. What revision of firmware is your radio running? (Settings->Advanced->About) 2. Are you connected to a local Squeezebox Server (SBS) or mysqueezebox.com? 3. What stream do you have configured for your alarm?
